Another upgrade done successfully. This time, it takes me less than 20 minutes of work. Say, if you had a same version of iPhone 2G like mine to be upgraded to 3.1.2 iPhone firmware. I strongly recommend you use RedSn0w method.

The only crucial ingredient and nothing else other than that..
Download the following files and place them in the Pwnage folder you just created:
- RedSn0w (use on the other side at far end to configure your little gadget)
- BL 3.9 (bootup loader)
- BL 4.6 (bootup loader)
- 3.1.2 (2G): iPhone1,1_3.1.2_7D11_Restore.ipsw (iPhone 2G factory image)

In case you have another version of iPhone, please follow this guide. You have RedSn0w and BlackRain method at this stage. Or maybe you can come out with ur-ways.. I like am-way. You?
